WORKING ON IT! πŸ’•πŸ’œπŸ’š (Patreon)

Content

A lot of my videos have been deleted by Vimeo! Some videos that were uploaded through different accounts will still play just fine but the ones uploaded through the main account I was using are temporarily unavailable.

I have not uploaded anything to the main Vimeo account in over a month for fear they would do this and they did it anyway with zero warning!

They wanted to charge me $7,500 for a "custom plan" but I said absolutely not because that is ridiculous so they deleted my videos instead, even though I stopped uploading!

LUCKILY, I keep ALL of my reactions on external hard drives so I will be working my ass of to get these back up for you guys!

Please bear with me during this process and do not flood my DM's with "why is this not working". πŸ™  I am already super stressed about this as it is but I promise I am on it though and will be fixing the problems soon!

I love you guys so much! πŸ’•πŸ’œπŸ’š

I'm so so sorry for your trouble. Even though I'm not an official patron, I'll do all I can to support you anyway! I hope you figure it out but please take your time and make sure to stay healthy above all. We can be patient for as long as you need πŸ₯°πŸ’™

recently the mexinese family posted on their patreon that vimeo was trying to make them pay 18k for a custom plan and now you with 7k what is with these rates??

˗ˏ ARISOL ΛŠΛ—

Also, you're definitely right about vimeo being shady asses for that. Something about the "oH nO" doesn't sit right with me.

Padamai

Don’t worry, take your time. Also that’s really annoying that they disabled your account for what reason exactly seriously like the account and videos weren’t doing any harm they were probably making people happy when watching them and they have just gone and destroyed that πŸ’œπŸ’œ

Huh.. that’s weird.. they still work for me. I only know this because this morning I spent a good chunk of time rewatching old run reactions and just now i saw your post so I went back to a bunch of random old videos (all different series) to see and they all started playing fine? But yah, that’s super shady af and also confusing.. try not to worry and take your time. I hope whoever is in charge of this steps on a lego for this! 😀

MaggieQ

Ugh! I’m so sorry Anitra! πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ

rose hannah

Nica

That's ridiculous! Don't stress about it take all the time you need, no one works as hard as you Anitra πŸ’•

Another reaction channel just went through this experience with Vimeo too, Vimeo wanted them to pay $18,000

Dede75

That is crazy!! I hope the fail they are antagonizing their own customers

Anastasia Wood

Oh no, why do things like that keep happening to you πŸ˜” Girl, we need to send you some evil eye charm istg, this is ridiculous Don't stress out too much about it, hopefully, most of us here will be understanding and won't nag you about it ❀

Donya

Vimeo is such a snake. I cant. That happened to one of my fav reactors too. About a year ago. Sadly they slowly stopped doing reactions after a while. But thats not important. Please dont stress yourself with uploading and everything.

Strawberry

Vimeo more like vimeNO 😀 take all the time you need to figure this out, it's probably difficult to find something that works right :) the best of luck with that and we'll be here waiting for when you're ready :) I personally liked the videos the best where you put it on YouTube (I think that's how you did it anyways) so it would be cool if that was an option, but if it's just as in danger of being copyrighted as normal YouTube videos then better not. I don't know how you do things so I sadly can't give much input... but anyway good luck I hope you find a way that works for youπŸ’œ

Jess

You should pin this post so it stays at the top of your page and doesnt get lost in the mix when you upload new posts. Atleast until you get everything situated and fixed!

SierraNicole

Another reactor I follow was told they had to get an $18,000 plan so they're exploring other options too. Vimeo is the most user-friendly platform for me as a viewer but the burden they're slapping on creators all of the sudden is ridiculous. They're not the only site on the market...

Lauretta

Wow..they are so shady..wtf

Atsushi Takuya

Euh...Everything still working for me 🀨 so weird...anyway take your time anitra ^^ Purple U πŸ’œ

flowerhobi

I hope I'm not sounding ignorant, since I saw you reply to Caitlyn on Twitter saying that "most of the videos on Patreon they say 'this video does not exist' because the Vimeo account was disabled," but I just went through all your old RUN reactions, as well as some of the Soop videos and I can still access them? All these videos were posted by the account "Anitra Turner." By "disabled" perhaps they mean that you can't access the account or do anything with it, but the existing videos will still be accessible to your viewers? Because if that's the case, at least it saves you the stress of having to re-upload everything πŸ˜• Even so, this whole situation is completely unfair. I don't know what Vimeo is trying to achieve. Surely they must know that they're not the only option on the market, and if people are unhappy with their service, they'll just go elsewhere. Plus that "Oh, no!" just seems so shady. You can tell what they really meant to say was "Oh, no! You didn't give our greedy asses $7,500?? Well then, bye bye bitch!" 😠

Britney Lee

Wow, Vimeo...just wow. That is so shady! Greedy bastards.

IslandgurlOT7

Wow...shady ass greedy bastard 😑!!!!

Alejandra Aliaga

I hope that they stop doing this one of my favorite reactors tried to use vimeo in order to release videos but they couldn't because it wanted them to pay 14k and luckily they found another place to put videos I am sorry for everything that they did they are just trying to steal your money but it's ok you nice keep going πŸ’œπŸ˜Š
