No hate at all to the other groups, but I will forever be salty about Skz being in last here. Edit: Sorry sorry, 5th place. But still, completely disagree w/ the judges here

Anna Persson

the second round was filmed before the online voting was done so maybe we vill find out in the next episode ..

Gabriella

The judges are crazy. Stray Kids definitely deserved better. The judges overall are just super sketchy. So many points are awarded according to the experts but they never revealed the criteria on how they're judging. How are the groups supposed to appeal to the experts if they don't know what the judges are looking for? Also, the feedback they give isn't helpful at all. Even knetz are confused by the experts ranking

Ailaudy93

They have the commentaries... remember the beginning of the 4th episode

Ailaudy93

At the end of the 4th episode you saw the results but we don’t have the total just the result of the 4 categories (25% self evaluation, 25% experts, 40% global votes and 10% views)

Ailaudy93

My rank in this ep: 1- SF9 2- ATEEZ 3- IKON / BTOB (since they are just 4 it’s a good job) 4- StrayKids / The Boyz We know STrayKids will go higher .. it’s just a “bad” performance (like in a bad day not it’s bad) they were low by the experts and the self evaluation by the others groups ... but we know their potential I’m so happy for SF9 !! Their prestation was so COOL 😎 BTOB is one of my fav bg (with BTS and GOT7) so it’s good (a OT7 Melody 🎵 here)

Ailaudy93

And since the views and the votes were AFTER they recorded this they can’t know at the moment what was their total ranking

I’m actually super excited that Skz chose a song which showcased their voices so much. They all sound amazing! And Lee Know made me cry in his part.. not cool(but I’m also biased hehe) 🥲🥲🥲❤️ Changbin’s rap was phenomenal! I’m super proud of them and I hope they know that Stays loved it ☺️ Tbh all the teams did amazing. I’m so excited to learn more about all the groups while watching this show. They’re all such great boys!

Stray Kids did amazing as always and Hyunjin's my bias in the group but Han really came for me with his vocals and rapping 🤯 I'm just ready for next week's episode so I can watch them all have fun and interact with each other without having to stress out about voting and streaming and rankings

Kaila

I agree with you that Stray Kids did amazing and I don't think they deserved 6th place but honestly none of the groups did. I think it's hard to say what the criteria is for the judging since it's "supposedly" judges from various background in the industry so some judges may focus more on choreography while others care more about the vocal technique, stage presence, etc. so I agree that it's difficult to appeal to what the judges want when there's not actual criteria for the judging. Which is why I kind of don't care about rankings anymore lol they're all #1 in my heart

Gabriella

yes, I do remember but even then, their commentary wasn't helpful at all. They literally just told them what they did or didn't like and dipped. They didn't give any tips or helpful advice like you'd expect. And their comments weren't good or reliable. They said skz vocals were "overwhelming" yet their stage was rap based. They also judged tbz based on their performances from rtk when they should be focusing on their stages on Kingdom

I think my favourites were SF9 and BTOB for performance. It's funny how even after this episode, I still feel bad for SF9 because of the two rounds, it seems like their songs are the 6th place songs. :( But BTOB doing Back Door was amazing, I really would have ranked them higher for how hard they killed it. Chris is an amazing leader, and I'm so glad that they're such a supportive group for each other. I love how the comfort was clearly off camera and just picked up on their mics, but you could HEAR the hug and the kind smile in Chris's voice, and I.N.'s little giggle.

Ailaudy93

I agree with you the comments are not really clear ... but I think with what some groups said they didn’t read all in the show. Perhaps there is more helpful comments (or no since it’s Mnet...)

Soobin's Abs

I'm soo looking forward to the sports episode... Minhyuk was a beast in these idol sports competitions and I think he still is.

PennyG

I totally agree with your ranking. It's the same as mine. I think that SF9 and Ateez deserves to be the first here and it saddens me that they are ranking low for Views and Global voting. But it doesnt mean that I dont like Stray Kids (Lee Know is one of my ults) but the other performances just seems a LOT cleaner. I think Stray kids have so so many ideas, sometimes they can execute is perfectly but this time, it just seems so chaotic. I think they should learn that less is more. They have SO MUCH POTENTIAL AND TALENT. and for sure, they will comeback stronger!!!!!

MoonChild96

Would love it if you do some BTOB reaction after this. Also if you watch HUTA (Minhyuk's solo) 'YA' then watch 'Tonight' you will get whiplash from the duality :)

The Boyz are killing me in this. I’ve just recently started getting into them really deeply (as much as a fan can obviously) but I think with them coming from RTK to this messed with them a lot. I didn’t get to watch any of their stages from that but from what I gather they did such an amazing job, shocking at times and really went all out with their ideas... are they supposed to kinda recycle ideas for them to “have a great performance”? It’s just hurting my heart 😭😂😭 my fave from this episode is BTOB... Stray Kid’s ranking makes no sense but I also don’t know where I’d place them tbh cuz I still loved every single performance, it’s just my fave of the night was BTOB.. they showed me what they have to offer and I’m here for that! Totally different group than I’m used to and they nailed that perfectly. Ateez never disappoints and always brings it. SF9 really stepped up their game (like I knew they could) and I enjoyed that performance immensely. Ikon showed me once again who ikon was and why I love them so much... I’ve missed them so much, I’m glad they’re on this show. They deserve the recognition. I’m proud of them all and I can’t wait to see what they do next (on stage) it excited for the fun they’re about to have on the next episode!!

Dizzyjules

If you ever get the chance to listen to BTOB's I'm Your Man you'll understand why SKZ was intimidated by it. The BTOB vocalists packed so much emotion into their lines and made the song truly incredible. It's one of their biggest hits. But kudos to SKZ for taking it on. They're still young and have a great journey in front of them. Stays please don't bomb me - I wonder if I.N will benefit by changing vocal coaches. There are idols who have improved drastically by doing so and he has a nice singing tone, I hope he'll learn how to play with it better. A person in Kingdom who does that very well is Eunkwang himself ;)

sam

when you said they made an extra ring its confirmed that they made another ring for hyunjin (and stay went to the same place and saw) and so stays are now thinking that this performance was made for hyunjin since skz said they were expressing their love and the need to protect someone precious and the ring on the necklace that was on the boy could've been hyunjin's and now im crying LMAO
