I really like how much Rose's character development is on display. Instead of getting defensive and remaining like that for the whole argument (like he would have earlier on), he quickly and sincerely apologises, and after seeing how hurt Snow is by his actions (to the point of tears), he clearly feels guilty, and tries to propose a way to make amends for his actions. ❤️ I love good character development; it's a sign of a good writer, and Rose's reactions in these pages really show how much he has grown and developed over the course of the story. And his love for dear Snow clearly affects him so much, in all the best ways. 💖 (And that WAS a funny reference. XD)
