Even though it’s not Halloween yet, I felt inspired today to work on this specific request.

Previous Halloween art was full of hints about the upcoming plot. This art is no different.

Let's see if I can reveal all the secrets over the next year.

Hints... only thing I can think of is that Ell is too late, Esme gets lucky and happy with love, Rose goes insane and Snow is killed. Which... isnt that positive really

Sooo, this doesn’t look too great for Snow and Rose. Not sure if this means that Snow does end up getting the treatment his stepmother interned for him (loosing his head, his heart (?), getting dismembered in general), Rose maybe going insane from having to do it himself? Esme lost an eye, but the heart is on the eye he still has (I think) - soo is he blinded by love? But also his Cupid costume - Cupid generally makes people fall in love not necessarily finding it himself. Ell might hint at some sort of time travel (clock) or being too late. But his white rabbit costume also looks like he is in service to someone (the Queen of Hearts) - so maybe he becomes bound to Snow. Idk, that’s all I got

My friend told me recently that Americans dress up in all kinds of costumes on Halloween, not just scary things 🤨 That made me wonder, does anyone else have a costume holiday in their culture? In Denmark we have Fastelavn in february 🎊

That’s true! More often than not, Americans tend to treat it more as cosplay of pop culture, fictional or historical figure, puns or jokes, or even regular daily items like food and drink. I’ve been an iPod, Cruella deVil, a pirate, Robin Hood, a black and white film star, just to name a few. It’s a huge holiday and spans more than just the 31st.

It sounds super fun 😁 I think many European countries are still a bit unsure of how exactly to celebrate it. Some older people are even against it. My mom calls it devil worship 🙄
