Ahaha ikr! Was a bit worried as to where they were going with it but somehow it ended without it being a hentai xD

Such an incredible first episode, I'm so in love with all the stylistic flourishes and especially the colors! I get the same feeling as with Call of the Night (which started Creepy Nuts' bid for world domination!!) where you can tell the animation team put so much love and care into it AND made it as bombastic and stylish as it deserves. It's crazy to be reminded just how much happens in the first episode but it really does do a great job of establishing how fun and kinda brilliant (and scary!) the world is. "What if there was a super cute love story...and also aliens AND ghosts were real and they fought?" It sounds like the kind of scenario you'd create as a kid playing with toys and it's AWESOME. Like having these aliens with technology so advanced it borders on supernatural only to have THEM be confronted by *actual* supernatural powers. Just so, sooooo cool.
