"The Disastrous Life of Saiki K" has a character that speaks in a similar manner as the pink-haired girl referring to herself as the most beautiful/perfect girl. She isn't as mean-spirited as the pink-haired girl (still a bit delulu) and overall the show is very funny and chaotic.

You mentioned something that I actually think is such a great aspect of the series which is how they play everything totally straight. It's goofy and embarrassing that Okarun's missing his balls but they still talk about it and search for them because it's important. I think it's genuinely impressive that the author manages to balance such a heartfelt character-driven story with constant meta jokes without totally fucking up the tone. Also I'm so in love with Turbo Granny's cat form. Her expressions and just the way she moves around is so fucking funny. Her ass is LOOKING.
