While Wrath is strong her strength in combat was never the biggest problem, we have like half a dozen people on our side that could somehow manage fighting her if it was just that. It was her Authority making it impossible to kill her without killing everyone that is effected by it and the hostage she had. If you think back Emilia also fought Wrath pretty easily and pushed her back for most of the fight, only loosing when blindsided by her suddenly pulling out the hostage. Lilliana took care of the Authorty using her Song and her Divine protection of Telepathy, the same power that Reinhard used to send his own voice right into Subaru's head. Her suddenly glowing green was a visual que of her tapping into the full potential of the Divine protection. So what was left was dealing with the hostage situation, and Priscilla with her sword that cuts and burns only what she want's it to, she could basically ignore that entirely as long as she acts fast enough.
