The Book Capella is holding is just the Gospel. The Tome of Wisdom she added as an extra demand is as far as we know still with some guy Otto left it with to restore it after it was burned in Season 2. What she means with having fulfilled her goal when non of her demands have been met thus far, your guess is as good as mine. Al being Subaru is actually a popular theory because of how he talks about dying but nothing like that has actually been established. What has been established is that Al is also from Earth, from Japan, summoned about 18 years before Subaru. Though the reveal has been cut from Season 1 and so it has only recently been revealed to anime viewers through one of the Re:Zero Break time shorts. Beako has been in a coma since the start of Season 3 because she used up all of her mana after reattaching Subaru's leg and keeping everyone that suffered the same injury on the plaza alive. She just woke up and learned of the situation. BTW there was a mistranslation, at one point Lye talks about a certain Mary, but that should have been Meili.
