Season 2 where you at!

So some mammoth facts are in order this week. Up until fairly recently conventional wisdom had our woolly friend's biting it 10,000+ years ago at the hungry hands of homo sapiens sapiens. But it turns out that a small population survived up to 3600 years ago on a little island in the arctic called Wrangel Island. Interesting enough, I seem to recall that they were showing signs of island dwarfism so despite spending most of the episode showing us Hitomi's ass, our animators know their obscure animal facts.

Honestly Ranka and Jin are my favorite ship . They are just too cute.

Season 2 isn't confirmed yet but most sources assume the studio at least has a plan for it or there wouldn't be a cliffhanger ending, the only thing confirmed is one of the typical "special episodes" which I assume is an OVA for July 3 of this year, probably a out of context fan service thing based on Anime experience lol

I like how they showed the mammoth having lower stamina. They don’t need it because almost nothing other than humans hunted them. Funny enough humans are the opposite. Most people don’t think humans have any special traits that can compete physically in the animal kingdom. However a humans are the titans of endurance of all land animals. Humans were originally pursuit predators and still can be. A cheetah can outrun us, but a healthy human can walk for miles and miles. We actually hunted mammoths and other creatures you would think are beyond us being able to hunt by literally following and walking them down to death. They would have nothing left and we could just walk up and finish them off.

The one thing that surprised me the most out of your reaction to this ep. was how you reacted to the reveal of the bug academy.
