I love that Kaguya & Shirogane's back story is a total troll but Ishigami & Miko have a POTENTIAL back story worthy of it's own shojo. Miko hates him (for whatever reason) but he has supported her from afar since junior high. She has no idea that he gave her the flower that inspired her to keep going, helped her avoid total embarrassment at the election, and was integral in her getting on student council. Is Ishigami leaving his comfort zone because he is inspired by Miko? (Kaguya & Shirogane's back story is that they became head of the student council, everyone shipped them, & it took them 6 months to admit to themselves that they had feelings. Then the series started.)

Yea I think the one motivating Ishigami to be a cheerleader is somewhat influenced by Miko. That's why I love their relationship so much even though Miko absolutely detests Ishigami lol I think they offer each other a lot of things they never knew they needed.
