Two episodes in there is a enough material to explore all 3 paths without devolving into melodrama. I'm guessing Yoshida's boss is bluffing in an attempt to keep her personal life private, the junior at work seems to be the classic genki girl who hides her true feelings, and he's likely too good of a guy to move forward with Sayu. This is potentially one of those series that just writes itself.
