Alright, Hahari is officially girlfriend #6! ...prrrrobably not what Hakari meant when she said Rentaro would be shackled to both her and her mother for the rest of their lives, but I’m sure he’s just fine with that. Funny to see Hakari go from literal hostage to exasperated daughter in such a blink, though I guess it’s not as whiplash inducing as Hahari’s cold-blooded rich lady to...drooling degenerate. That ED was crazy but it certainly does the job explaining Hahari’s character. Speaking of ED, I love that the normal one is just this sleepover, with the same PJs and everything. Super cute. Something they never really draw attention to but is funny to keep track of as the series goes on is the way the bed/futon gets bigger and bigger every time they have a sleepover. Truly, a rich person’s bed! Something I think is definitely worth noting is that Hakari was forcibly separated from the fam for like...8 hours? and she actually almost died. I mean, there was no real reason to assume God was lying about soulmates dying if they can’t be together, but she came real close to proving the theory. I think I even had the initial thought that it wouldn’t “count” if it was suicide but DUH obviously it still would! It actually makes a lot of sense! So, you know, happy everyone’s safe. There were a lot of great moments this episode. Excited for the finale, crossing my fingers we get an announcement for S2 or something!

I was afraid to start this show because of the deaths mentioned in the premise, but I'm glad that I did. BTW - The title of the closing credits song translates as, "I bought today's ending, so you can do whatever you want ♡"
