Whilst Valentina certainly wants her to be more feminine, she’s not a fan of Jax and blames him for pulling Dustin into a life of trouble. She doesn’t want that for Destiny.

The way you said kinda suggests that with chapter 18 everything is set for final steps of Destiny's journey. Of the three i think Eddie would be best for Destiny and Valentina seems to like Eddie(the neughbour).
