Hugo. I see a lot of guys with his massive build with outies. Truthfully, I prefer innies. That little bit of skin is juuust right for nipping :3

Personally not a problem with either, BUT an outtie noticeable on a fur covered belly not a good idea if the fur was ever shaved it would stick out toooooo far.
