"This shot gave us a real problem to solve. Top-down angles are almost always used to make a character feel small, cornered, outnumbered. We needed someone who looks up at her from that angle and immediately understands they made a mistake.

The sketch came first, just feeling out where that energy actually lives in her body before committing to anything. Her fists, her jaw, the way she leans in instead of pulling back. Nothing about her is asking for space in this moment. She is taking it, and she is not done."-Karmanseph
