Kane/Girtablilu (NSFW variation) (Patreon)

Kane from Command & Conquer and Girtablilu from Monster Girl Encyclopedia. Kane is leader of Brotherhood of Nod. Girtablilu serves him, probably because the symbol of the Brotherhood is a scorpion tail.
