April Drawing Club Sketches (Patreon)

Hello, my lovely Patron!

I just finished the April Drawing Club Sketches :)I had such a stressful week so just sitting down this afternoon in my studio and only focusing on drawing for fun, not for any products or collaborations was soooo soooo nice!

We´re having snow and rain this whole week, after a weekend of over 24 degrees celsius, this cold kinda feels even worse than during winter...

So drawing something with spring and cottagecore vibes was amazing 🌼

This was the theme & moodboard for the April Drawing Club Promts:

And I´ve finished these 4 prompts:

Dream Garden:

Every year when spring is around the corner and the flowers and lilacs begin to bloom I´m dreaming of a cottage garden with lots of flowers, bushes, and lovely trees!

Our garden is very "open" and the isn´t that much planted but I try to make it more and more how I want it to be every year. Very slowly because gardening things are veeeery expensive and the ground in our garden is full of rocks.

But hopefully, someday the garden will somehow look like this sketch :)

Cute Animals:

Of course, I had to draw a sheep, chicken, and goose for the cute cottagecore animals prompt! I think these three are just looking sooo cute together, that I´m thinking of using this drawing for a new art print 🐑

Favorite Items:

Uuuuh I just looooove drawing cute cottagecore items 😍

I think this one would look very nice as a sticker sheet, wouldn´t it? :) Maybe with some more items and some cute animals!

Beautiful Clothes:

I haven´t drawn any clothes in suuuuch a long time now! It was a lot of fun to search for some inspirational photos over on Pinterest for these clothes! Would love to wear them too :)

I really hope you are enjoying this month's Drawing Club Prompts! 🌼

Let me know in the comments if you have already used them to practice your drawing skills!

Also, let me know which illustration I should color and finish!! I love the animal sketch the most 🐓

Wish you a lovely weekend!

I will make some yummy food now and then read my book 🤗 I´m currently reading "Black Bird Academy", it´s from Stella Tack, an Austrian author and it´s just soooo good!
