Hello, my lovely Drawing Friends!

As you might already know we´re having a Drawing Club here on Patreon for all Tiers.

Every month I share Polls and a moodboard for a specific theme and invite all of you to first sketch using the polls and then finish a final illustration and share it in the Drawing Club Chat on Patreon.

I also share my sketches and a final illustration as an illustration walkthrough throughout the month.

I noticed that no one is sharing their sketches or final illustrations in the Drawing Club Chat.

So now I wanted to ask you if you are participating in the Secret Foxy Drawing Club or if it´s something you are actually not interested in :)

Please let me know, it would be a lot of help with creating a better Pateron for you and the rewards that you are really interested in!

I’d like to participate in the drawing club, but I’m worried that my artwork wouldn’t be good enough since I’m new to digital art and still learning.

I know a lot of people (including myself) are motivated by little rewards and this can help them to get over the fear of sharing artwork with strangers. I wonder if it might encourage people to participate and help those who really want to join but have been afraid if there were little participation rewards like a cute digital phone wallpaper exclusive to participating in the Drawing Club. Or even a monthly Drawing Club avatar picture and/or Discord Role for those who participated.

Same! I like using the prompts in my sketch practice but sometimes i don’t feel confident enough to share them haha

Hi Jourdan! That´s a lovely idea!! I´m not sure what you mean by a drawing club avatar 😅 For Discord it would be a great idea but in my last poll about discord most said that they are not using a separate app so I´m now focusing on the Patreon Chat but I think it´s also possible to add moderators to this chat. But I don´t know what these moderators then should do actually haha

Hi Jessa! Thank you for mentioning that! I think that a lot are worried and that´s the main reason no one is sharing their art in the drawing club chat! But you don´t need to be afraid or worried as this drawing club is for practicing digital art, so it´s mainly for beginners like my drawing guides! :) In the drawing club chat, everyone could talk about what was hard or good for them to draw. Exchange tips and tricks for drawing, brushes, and sketching. And of course if they want to also get feedback by others!

Ah! I didn't even realize that the Discord was no longer something people were interested in, I just thought people were shy! Maybe I used the wrong word but when I said avatar I meant like the little profile picture that people have for their Discord profile. I didn't have the ideas fully thought out but if people were interested I guess the roles or moderators on Patreon could be focused on mentorship or kind feedback that might help to foster a cozy creative atmosphere! These ideas I'm just thinking of on the spot and I'm certainly a very beginner artist! So if anyone else has some feedback or ideas to add that would be amazing!
