Hello, my lovely Patron!

I hope you are having a great September so far and already enjoying autumn to the fullest with hot tea, fall movies & shows, cozy or even spooky books, and lots of walks!

I am currently reading the first book of the "Ellingham Academy" series by Maureen Johnson (I think I will finish it today) and also "Deadly Occupants" by Mads Rafferty which is already a spooky read and I`m enjoying it a lot so far!

The leaves here are slowly starting to turn yellow and orange and it´s the most beautiful time of the year :)

At the beginning of September we had a heat wave here in Austria so it still felt like summer for a while with around 30 degrees Celsius. I tried to be outside and by the lake as much as possible and soak in the warm weather.

I really enjoyed stand-up paddling so I think I will get a sup for the next summer so that I don´t have to borrow it when I want to be on the lake. This lake is also just about 10-15 minutes away from my home so I would be able to go there for paddling frequently!

On the days that were not thaaaat hot I was on walks and hikes with my dog! So looking forward now to a bit cooler weather for longer hiking :)

After that heat wave the temperatures dropped to about 3 degrees Celsius and we got a week full of rain and also snow for one day before the rain got even worse and a lot of towns and cities in Austria even got flooded... The amount of rain that we got from Saturday until Tuesday so just 4 days was really insane!

Luckily we stayed safe here up in the mountains and nothing got flooded except for some fields.

The water in the river by our house which is usually only 15cm deep here was sooo wild... never saw that much water in it.

Now after that temperature drop we finally got a beautiful sunny autumn with normal temperatures :) The mornings are already chilly but the days are still warm although you can feel that the wind is cooler, and I just love that! Especially my evening walks up in the mountains with that crisp air that smells sooo sooo good!

I´m currently very busy working on my next shop update, so the one with the Christmas and autumn products. It´s as always my biggest shop update of the year. That´s why I also struggled a bit with posting consistently on here.

I already finished some designs for new coasters, and also for wooden ornaments that I will make with my laser machines.

I also have lots of finished sketches for other products like mugs, postcards, and tote bags.

But as always I wrote down too many ideas for products I plan to make.

I will try to make as many as possible of the bold ones, but I can´t promise to add all of them to this update.

The desk mats definitely won´t arrive in time...

The plant sketches here are for notepad designs and maybe also for sticker sheets or tote bags :)

Next week will definitely be a lot of drawing so that I can finally finish the designs and start ordering everything the week after.

But for now I wish you a lovey September!

Thank you for reading :)

Love this update! How crazy that you already had snow! The temperature is supposed to drop severely over the next week here, and I couldn't be happier haha. And looking at what you have planned for us, I cannot wait for the shop update! And do I spot a coloring book? I always hoped you make one, as I'm a huge colorist :) Through which company will you outsource it? Enjoy the remainder of your Sunday! X

Cannot get Eno of the beautiful photos you share of the nature around you. Just so gorgeous. Also very excited to see some of your winter sketches come to life. Always adored your style of such sweet creatures. 🥰
