My March Drawing Club Sketches ✎ (Patreon)

Hello, here are my drawing club sketches! A bit late but I´m happy that I still found the time to sit down and sketch.

I kinda had a pretty hard time drawing this month. I was very stressed out with building my website shop, and now I'm also behind with drawing the Mail Club rewards for April + I´m kinda having a bit of an art block right now, so I´m not absolutely happy with my sketches but that's ok!

This month's theme is Spring Whispers

And the prompts are:

rainboots

first flower bud

blossoming branch

puddle reflection

greenhouse

on a leaf

Here's the moodboard again:

The first sketch I made is for the "first flower bud" prompt. But I haven´t drawn any flower buds just springy flowers haha. So this fox is hanging up his washed clothes outside for the first time of the year as its finally sunny and warm.

As the next prompt, I chose "blossoming branch" and here I was thinking about what I could draw for the April Mail Club. So I decided on Coffee for the April Mail Club theme and just added in some blossoming branches to the tree trunk coffeeshop. I will definitely make some changes here so that it fits better for an A4 size. But this one is my favorite of the sketches I made!

And for the last sketch, I chose "rainboots" and just drew a sitting fox with rainboots and a leaf as an umbrella, so nothing special or very creative haha.

But yeah, as I said, I´m happy that I at least managed to draw something :)

I think I will finalize the blossoming branch for the Drawing Club so that I can use it for next months Mail Club as well!

Have you used this months prompts for sketching?

Would love to see your sketches, so please share them in the drawing club chat here on Patreon if you want to :)
