Hi Anna, I paid for the mail club membership on August 17th and I haven't received anything in the mail as of September 29th. I made sure my address was correct within my patreon account, so I'm not exactly sure what to do as of now. :/ I'd appreciate any help or guidance 😊

Hi Brittney :) August Mail was sent out on September 10th and regarding where you are located it might take up to 4 weeks to arrive. As you´re not a member currently, I unfortunately can´t see your address anymore. If you tell me which country you live in, I can tell you the estimated shipping time for it.

US shipping is 10-20 days with tracking and 30 days or even more without tracking, since the new tariff situation it unfortunately takes longer as they often hold the letter in customs very long...
