April Update (Patreon)

Hi, my lovely Patron! Today I´m sharing the April Update with you!

According to the schedule, I should have posted the update last week, but it's been very stressful lately, so I hope you'll forgive me :)

April really showed its best side this year, we went from snow to sun to rain and to snow again a couple of times 😅

But now finally everything really starts to get green and more and more flowers are blooming.

I love this time of the year a lot, although it also brings a lot of days where I feel very tired.And I´m really looking forward to when the snow more high up on the mountains is melted because I really miss the walks there in the forests. It´s always so peaceful and silent there, and here you also can hear the cars and trucks on the road and that bothers me sometime 😅.

Currently, I´m also working on a lot of amazing client projects. I already told you in the last update about the children's book I´m drawing and now I also work on 5 Thank You Card illustrations with forest animals, on a leaflet with line illustrations, and on a brand design.

I´m really excited about the Thank You Card illustrations, the sketches ready turned out sooo cute. And as they are not exclusive I will also use them on products for my shop 😁

And yeah I´m still working on finishing my Illustration Website. It's nearly finished, I just want to write my first blog post and learn a bit more about writing newsletters before going live. 

Then I also think of finally working out a real brand design for my illustration business and shop. Because I always use different fonts everywhere and don´t really have a real logo. 

I was thinking of more natural paper for packaging like craft paper 🤔 but I´m not sure now, I have to print everything and see how it looks.

And I´m thinking of a separate name for my shop, but I´m really not sure if that´s a good idea 😅

This will definitely take ages till it´s finished because it´s way harder to design a branding for himself than for a client 😅 but I will keep you updated of course!

So and this week I will work on coloring the children's book and the thank you cards illustrations, and of course on the Patreon goodies for next month.

Besides of that I also really want to work on new illustrations for my shop, but that´s not I priority at the moment when I have client projects running that need nearly all of my time.

But I still drew 2 new illustrations this weekend, that I want to show you before I post them on my Instagram page, because I really love how they turned out  🌼 I wanted to draw a fox sleeping in a meadow for so long now 😊

And yeah that´s it for today's Update! I will post the schedule for next month this week and then it´s already May omg 😶
