🦊 Illustration Walkthrough 🦊 (Patreon)

Last week I posted this month's Happy Mail goodies and I wanted to show you a little breakdown of the process :) Because we haven't had any of these for so long!

I´m thrilled with how this one turned out! Also because of the colors! I really see now that my illustrations have become more and more vibrant 😅

Here is a very quick walkthrough of this illustration, from sketch to picking colors, to drawing in the base colors, and to drawing the details: 

The process of this one went like this:

First I sketched my idea

Then I reduce the opacity of that sketch layer to make a color test on a new layer above it

When I´m happy with the colors (which always take very long to define 😂) I start to fill in the base colors of all the background and all the elements in the illustration

After that, I add all the textures and details which is the most fun part 🥰
