Hello, my loves and welcome to a new monthly blog post!

The first week of August was suuuper rainy and cold, it nearly felt like autumn.

My husband had holidays the last week of July and the first week of August and I also wasn´t working much besides packing orders and Patreon, so it was really sad that we had like only 3 days with sunny and warm weather.

And during these warmer days, we already got the wood for winter which was a lot of work!

And on top of that bad weather, my Cricut broke during making the July Sticker Sheets...

The Cricut Support said that they will send me a new machine but I still haven´t got one and I´m already waiting 3 weeks for it.

And as you can see here it´s just cutting completely off... and the weird thing is that when I calibrate it the calibration turns out perfect and when I want to cut sticker sheets everything is off...

I´m already thinking of buying a silhouette because something like this already happened to me with my last Maker so this will already be the second time where I would get a replacement machine from Cricut...

So I ended up making the July Sticker sheets with my xTool Laser machine because it also has a knife-cutting tool.

It was okay, but took very very long and I wasted a lot of sticker paper. And now it´s already the 24th of august so I think I have to make the August sticker sheets with the xTool again.

Hopefully not waisting that mush paper this time haha

After this cold and rainy week summer got back and it got suuuper suuuper hot here! 🌼

I was trying to be outside as much as possible enjoying the warm evenings in the mountains with my dog and getting used to the veeeery cold river water.

Besides my outdoor adventures, I was working on new products for my big fall/winter shop update in October!

I have a lot of new products planned like new sticker sheets, a 2024 calendar, coloring books, and gold foil journals.

And I will also make some products with the Laser Machine! :)

I already made a wooden coaster that you might have already seen on my Instagram page. It turned out suuuper cute so these will definitely come to my shop soon!

And then during the start of making new products, I got sick last Wednesday and was feeling really bad for a week. I think a lot was also mentally which I hadn´t had since we moved here in the mountains.

So yeah August was a bit of a tough month for me but I´m already feeling so much better and am looking forward to keep working on new products next week 🌼

I have already sketched 4 new sticker sheets, some notepads, acrylic keychains, and new mousepads and will now start coloring them :)

So there will definitely come a lot of polls for you to decide on colors and designs 😅

Hi Anna! Did you try updating your Cricut software to “beta v7.42.100”? I was having the same problem with my print then cut being off, but once I updated to the new beta version, it works great again!

I am so sorry about your tough month.I had the exact same issue with Cricut the week before my shop launch. I understand the stress and struggle. I was already using the “beta” version. So I got a silhouette portrait 3. And I love it. I actually made a tutorial on making stickers sheets with it on my new YouTube channel.

Yes I updated the software. I had a call with cricut and they told me everything I can do but it still was off ☹️

So annoying that that much trouble is happening with cricut currently… their support also told me that they are having a lot of problems with the software now… i think I will also buy a silhouette portrait now :)

Cricut couldn’t really offer me much support either, and they could have sent me a new machine but I had less than a week until my shop launch so I needed a cutting machine asap so I thought that was pointless, especially as I know numerous people who have been having issues. I spoke to a few people that had silhouette and their experience. I then ordered one and picked it up from my nearest shop (in the city, so about 1 hour away) the next day. It was honestly a game changer, once I got to grips with the software.
