Ursula was on her way to see George and Brother Ape and show off her new dress until a Savage Purple Leopard tries to eat her. It tore off her dress leaving her with nothing to wear.

She decides to get some payback and make a new outfit out of the Leopard and shows it off to George and Brother Ape.

She's a true Jungle Girl.
