The long form video - EARLY ACCESS (Patreon)

This movie was my entire childhood, and you have never heard of it

Time for a different kind of audio (and video!) adventure - avast and prepare to be boarded! NOTE: The red hair is a wig, my real hair is brown, I just thought the red would be more fun! This video was a *massive labor of love,* and it could not have happened without the support of my patrons. The patrons pre-screened teasers, gave feedback on the content, and kept me encouraged when I wanted to give up. *Please consider supporting me on Patreon if you'd like to see more content like this (and maybe even help me make it)!* *My Patreon* - Get access to my private discord, early audio (and video) releases, and other exclusive benefits: https://www.patreon.com/urbannymph *My Twitch channel,* where I stream games a few times a week: https://www.twitch.tv/urbannymph *Script by:* me *Videography by:* me *Editing by:* me *Set design by:* me *Wig and makeup by:* me *Blingles as:* himself *Special shout out to Lupus,* who put up with me the whole time I was working on this video and still likes having me around Timestamps: 00:00 - Intro 03:45 - It all started in Penzance 06:19 - The Pirate Movie goes its own way 16:08 - How did this movie get made? 26:35 - The Pirate Movie Production 35:20 - The Publicity, the Promotion, the Play(girl) 42:01 - How did The Pirate Movie do? 51:25 - the Legacy of The Pirate Movie #thepiratemovie #christopheratkins #80smovies *Sources: I did a LOT of research for this video, and most of the sources appear below!* The Pirate Movie (1982), film.
