Pretty much done with the transformation now. I might adjust some shots or insert/add one for the full merger if the pacing requires it but now there's some transitional and explorational shots left and then I merge and finish it. :)

What do you think about these shots specifically? I kept the butt a bit short but I'll put more focus on it in future animations for the butt-lovers :P

Your work is excellent, For me I don’t like the hand covering the transformation, I would prefer to see that unobstructed. But you nailed it as always.

Woah. It’s Just. So. Physical… Friggin’ Fantastic. The butt doesn’t just inflate, there’s physiological kinetics. The twitching of the lil’ guy is also really loyal to how a tightly erect penis twitches. Here’s my comparison to what you’re doing here. The Pacific Rim movies. It’s completely unrealistic and, essentially, impossible to build a giant robot the size of a skyscraper and have it move around and fight kaiju. But it’s not about what’s possible or realistic - Does it FEEL real? In the first movie, the Jaegers had all kinds of aesthetic animations and mechanisms where you felt the weight, you felt the leveraging of massive metal arms and torsos, the interlinking and buttressing and propelling. They didn’t magically move like they were Gundam or Voltron. There was physicality. Then in Pacific Rim 2, they messed it up and had them moving around like the Power Rangers Megazord. It is not physically possible for a man to transform into a woman in moments. But you are making it FEEL real. You are having the physicality of the changes feel loyal to a body formed from muscles, and muscle groups, and tendons, and fat distributions. And it’s really cool.

I think I need at least 3 more batches but I'll try to increase the pace to every few days instead of weekly. The next cuts should be a bit faster to do.

Glad you like it. I get where you are coming from, I saw both movies and I hate the 2nd one because they don't have any weight as one of the major reasons.

I got cuts without the hand covering which look at least decent but that part was especially tricky. It's really hard to make the shaft turn into the clitoris perfectly. I'll think about using maybe one of those cuts for the final version.

Mmph I don't know what I love more about this, him pushing what's left of his member in or the fluidity of the ass fattening. The second is really throwing me for a loop since I'm use to the ass gradually fattening as the guy feminizes rather than it all just packing all out at once. Fuck this is hot
