Here's a first draft of the merged version.

There's a few things which still need to get added / changed:

I need to do at least 2 more shots for the genital explorations to make it work inbetween.

There will be a few shots at the end with a scene change and sex.

I might add 1 or 2 more shots at the end before that.

There's at least a couple points during the animation where I probably want to either change the shot slightly or add one to make it flow slightly better.

Adding sound as soon as I got a final version

I added a 4K version and a 1080P mobile version to make it work hopefully on all devices.

I'm on a brief holiday break until the 27th. I'll resume finishing those last bits and the comic as soon as I'm back. Happy Holidays to those who celebrate and wishing a great time to everybody else. :P

Still just coming along great. I think I almost prefer the old shrinking shot of the shaft, the new one is a bit too "melty" with how it finally pulls in at the end. Sorta sudden and not as fleshy feeling as the rest of the transformation is. Though I get why you moved the hand out of the way so we could see more. Maybe you could compromise between the two by having the fingers lightly rest on top, sort of lifting off one by one as the shaft shrinks past each finger, and then the final one at the base is pushing down on top of the new clit? That sounds like a lot of work, though, so don't take me too seriously. EDIT: Didn't realize hitting enter would immediately post it when there's a big fat post button right there. I still maintain I'd like to see a version without the filter. Your base work is already lovely, but the big downside of the filter is that it can get kinda smeary and blurry sometimes.

So good! This character looks insanely real, especially their facial expressions. Outstanding squeeze-physics when she's examining her new breasts and butt, and I love the moment she hunches forward in response to her dick beginning to spasm and shrink. I really like the updated shot of her dick pulling inside too. Sound effects and vocals are going to elevate this to even greater heights. Thanks as always Surody.

Impressive work. Nice to see support paying off after a long wait. I like that this feels more realistic and physically accurate with less gelatinous bones effect (i.e. flesh feels more distinctly jiggly with solid structure underneath). Also some nice asymmetry/asynchronous changes (e.g. breasts don't grow at exactly the same time). I appreciate the less cartoony/bimbo looking face. I'm curious whether you have ever considered a more elaborate genital transformation, e.g. more 'anatomically accurate' transition to female homologues rather than primarily penis shrinking? I guess it is a lot more work due to complex geometry changes compared to the rest of the body.

It's definitely a tough one. I'd just go with whatever you think helps pace the rest of the scene the best without being too slow. My only suggestion would be that you have this lovely effect where it's spasming a little as it gets shorter, so maybe retain that all the way as it "tugs" the last little bit in?

Not sure what exactly you mean by anatomically accurate genital transformation. I try to be somewhat anatomically accurate at least from a outside perspective. I don't think you will see me do nuch internal shifting.

I mainly mean how the parts of penis relate to the vulva in terms of biological development. Labia minora are formed from the same skin as the ventral (bottom) side of the penis. Basically, the vulval vestibule (the space where the urethral and vaginal openings are) should be exposed by splitting the under side of the penis, all the way down to splitting the scrotum/labia majora. This makes the movement of the urethra opening more natural, and can have interesting visuals of the two large flaps of skin hanging from the tip of the collapsing penis shrinking and changing colour as they become labia minora. The splitting of the penis also 'synergises' with another change that often isn't depicted: the glans bending downward significantly (even when erect, the clitoris doesn't point forward like a penis). It's rare people illustrate/animate this, but it does add realism, and to my view is more visually interesting.

Agree with those who have said this sets a new watermark for extraordinary, erotic gender tranformations. Amazing job! The little details like the nipple pull and the way the breast moves beneath, the way the ass jiggles, it seems perfect.
