I thought it would be fun to make a refreshing Italian cocktail in honor of being in the Palazzo suite. A classic Aperol Spritz tastes like summertime in Italy and looks like a golden sunset. All that is missing is the Italian Riviera  🏖.

It's a super simple recipe that includes:

Aperol

Proseco

Club soda or Sparking water

Orange Garnish (if available)
