Made a couple changes on the Utility 3000r. I know it'll be awhile before I get back around to it so I went ahead and addressed the following. I'm not coming back around to any mod labeled with "v2" in the title until every trailer gets a 1.49 update and facelift.

Added turn signals on both Left and Right sides. You must be running "Dro Modding Light Pack (1.49.5)" for the turn signal lights to show up.

Added New Alcoa's And Tires

Updated Traffic File (Changed wheels to the New Alcoa's)

Tweaked Fenders and made them look more realistic.
