ATS Dispatch Pro Hotfix (Patreon)

A new hotfix for ATS Dispatch Pro is now available. (ATS Dispatch Pro Lite Setup 0.1.1)

This update addresses several setup and activation issues reported after release, including activation-key detection, custom Steam installation locations, telemetry setup, and errors when enabling Real GPS Stops.

What Was Fixed

The latest hotfix includes:

Added the ability to locate and select your activation key directly through the app

Fixed activation keys not being detected when ATS is installed on another drive

Fixed errors when enabling Real GPS Stops

Fixed .NET exceptions during the setup process

Fixed telemetry plugin activation issues

Improved American Truck Simulator folder detection

Fixed problems locating required ATS files during setup

Addressed several smaller setup and stability issues

The Setup panel has also been improved to make installation easier and reduce confusion when selecting folders.

Improved Activation Key Detection

ATS Dispatch Pro can now help you locate your activation key if it is not detected automatically.

This is especially helpful for users who have their ATS files, Documents folder, or Steam library stored on another drive or in a custom location.

Use the new key-location option inside the app and select the provided key.json file. Do not rename, edit, or modify the activation key.

How to Update

Visit the My Downloads page on the Dro Modding website and download the latest version of ATS Dispatch Pro.

Replace the previous application files with the updated files, then completely close and relaunch the app.

You do not need a new activation key. Continue using the key.json file that was already provided with your download.

Selecting Your ATS Folder

When the Setup panel asks for your game location, select the main American Truck Simulator installation folder.

Example:

P:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator

Do not select the bin, win_x64, plugins, or ats-dispatch-pro folder.

The app will automatically locate and create the required folders using the main American Truck Simulator installation path.

Important Installation Notice

Please read the included installation PDF before completing the setup process.

Once everything is installed and configured correctly, both sections inside the Setup panel should display green.

Thank you to everyone who reported issues and provided screenshots, folder paths, and error messages. Your feedback helped me identify these problems and release the hotfix quickly.

Download the latest version from the website and replace your previous files before requesting additional support.

More fixes and improvements are already in the works.

Hi bro, I just recently subscribed to your patreon and i downloaded your 53ft reefer trailer mod and for some reason i couldnt find any job available when using the trailer. Any suggestion? thank you

Hi bro, thank you for subscribing! Make sure the cargo DEF file included with the 53-foot reefer is enabled in the Mod Manager and placed above the trailer file in your load order. If the trailer appears in the dealer but no jobs are available, the cargo file is usually disabled, missing, or in the wrong position. After correcting the load order, restart the game or sleep to refresh the Cargo Market. If jobs still don’t appear, shoot me a message and I'll look into it more.

Yes. A full installation PDF is included with the ATS Dispatch download. It walks you through the activation key, telemetry plugin, ATS folder selection, and enabling Real GPS Stops. Make sure you download the latest setup from the My Downloads page, since several setup issues were fixed in the recent hotfix. I’m also currently working on a full video tutorial to make the installation and setup process easier to follow.

Right now, ATS Dispatch Pro only supports the official SCS base map and DLC maps. Custom map mods are not supported yet. I’m currently looking into adding custom map support through a system similar to the existing mod-support feature, allowing users to import and scan their map files.

Basic Trucking

ATS Dispatch Pro is a great addition to American Truck Simulator. It is neat, easy to use, and simple to understand. It makes jobs feel more organized and adds more realism to the game. The layout is clean, and everything is easy to find. I would recommend ATS Dispatch Pro to anyone who wants to make their ATS experience more fun and realistic

Perfect brother just figured it out and it’s sick bro I like it next thing I would love for the realism is to try and connect the Real companies mod to the names listed on the load order

@Dro Modding Telemetry installed worked but Hotfix did not fix the problem when enabling real gps stops. The app is looking in the default install directory. I use it through steam bro but I know there’s a few guys who do have and use the file version if you need that one instead

Yes, that’s correct. The app installs the required files inside `bin\win_x64`, but the folder you should select during setup is the main ATS root folder: :\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator` Do not select the `bin\win_x64` folder directly.

I used the default installation folder for the app. Telemetry plugin installed: D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64\bin\win_x64\plugins\scs-telemetry.dll successfully. Enabling gps failed due to missing version.sii. Extracting real map data (this can take a couple of minutes)... C:\Users\InfiniteSlinky\AppData\Local\Programs\ATS Dispatch Pro Lite\resources\maps-tool\node_modules\@truckermudgeon\base\assert.ts:3 throw new Error(msg); ^ Error: version.sii does not exist What happens when enabling gps?

Tried this with Jaspers Reefer but the def is in RAR format instead of Zip. Will zip be supported at some point?
