Hey everyone,

I’m aware of the bugs that have been reported for the Utility 3000R, and I have been actively working to address them. The fixes and updated files will be released as soon as I finish testing everything and confirm the trailer is stable.

48-Foot Chassis Fix

The sliding tandems on the 48-foot chassis have now been fixed.

Unfortunately, ATS 1.60 no longer appears to support wheel nodes being split across separate axle models. Because of this, I have temporarily removed the sliding axle feature from the 48-foot chassis while I continue searching for a reliable workaround.

My goal is to bring the feature back once I can confirm that it works correctly without causing additional problems.

Updated Skinning Support

I have also started updating the XML files to give users more control when creating detailed skins and custom paint jobs.

You can see some of the new Utility 3000R designs above. These skins will be included in the upcoming update, along with a few additional designs that are not currently pictured.

Reported File Errors Fixed

Errors similar to the following have also been fixed:

<ERROR> [fs] Unable to retrieve device pointer of specified type (0) for '<mem-file>'. <ERROR> [unit] File '<MISSING><UNKNOWNFS><mem-file>', line 55: <ERROR> Can not include a file in UNKNOWNFS realm. <ERROR> load_precached_unit() - Failed to load units from file (/def/vehicle/trailer_owned/dm.3000r/chassis/ch_53_f.sii)

These errors were related to files being incorrectly referenced or loaded within the trailer definitions.

Sliding Axle Sounds Temporarily Removed

The sliding axle sounds have also been temporarily removed while I work to pinpoint what is causing the random crashes some users are experiencing on ATS 1.60.

Once I can confirm the exact cause and find a stable solution, I will look into restoring the sounds.

More Fixes Are Coming

I appreciate everyone who has submitted bug reports, error logs, and feedback.

Thank you for your patience and continued support.
