Quick little bug/fix update.

In this update I fixed the following:

Trailer cargo models clipping through the front (48ft) variant. 

Trailer cargo models clipping through the sides.

Fixed the floating indicator light on the reefer unit. 

Added UI cargo icons. 

Adjusted a majority of the skins to fit the 48ft variant as well the 53ft.
