I like the idea and ambition! Are you thinking of having content fall under some sort of OpenSource licensing model? (some useful info https://opensource.org/licenses). Do you have any form/template ideas for intake of NPC, Side quest, etc content from people? (really for your sanity more than anything). Thoughts on how people will be able to view/access content? Hope it all goes well :)
