Theme 1 — Getting Induced

"A 41-week pregnant Henry laying in the hospital bed. His baby, past the due date, seemed too comfortable to want to leave, so Henry had to be induced. A gush of amniotic fluid spilled out, with faint traces of red, blood, mingling in some parts of the flow. The doctor, also heavily pregnant, had two fingers and an amnihook inserted inside him (making Henry hard), having just performed an amniotomy to break his water. "

Theme 2 — An Alleyway Encounter

"Two gang members from rival gangs have fallen for each other and occasionally meet up to have sex in an abandoned alleyway to avoid being spotted by their respective gangs members. The two find out that they’re both pregnant and give birth at the same alleyway where they had been meeting to fuck. And for the gangster look, i was thinking of like sagging jeans, paisley bandanas wrapped around their head or arm, no shirts so they’re like showing their torso. And having some rough or worn spots on their jeans to get that “street tough” look"

Theme 3 — Never Again!

“Victor has endured a long and slow labor for a hospital birth. Doctor has put on fetal monitoring bands now that he's pushing. Only at an early crown, he's screaming at Jake that they'll never be having sex again.”

Theme 4 — A Summmoning Gone Wrong...?

“My idea is to try and give this a somewhat paranormal/Halloween-ish twist:

How about the character of Satoru, trying his best as a beginner of the Dark arts, tries to summon an entity from the great beyond - but instead of manifesting itself through the summoning circle The entity found another way to be "born again"....

The idea is of Satoru going through a rapid pregnancy, the scene is focused on him giving birth to a "otherworldly" child.

(With perhaps birth fluids washing over the summoning cirle, the baby already crowning or halfway through. Perhaps some objects like a summoning book/scroll, candles around the circle, eerie / dark surrounding like an attic/ basment / crypt - all of the details described above I'd leave to your taste/ what can your computer comprehend 😅just trying to add some more suggestions/thoughts to the whole idea).
