Alpin Apartment house (Patreon)

Alpin Chalet Apartment house is for all your Sims who don't like the heat at all. The building has a master bedroom, a small children's room with a stock bed, a sauna, a hot spring, a whirlpool, a campfire, a cosy reading corner with a panoramic view of the lake.A special thank you to Alfi-si, dk-sims, k-hippie-k, meinKatz, sjamboksim and 13pumpkin.I have a collab with sims4luxury. She created for me modular garden planters, they are actually available on her patreon. For you as my patreons are the planters boxes inclusive in the tray files! Have fun with it!
