Every small town has a “crazy” or two. We are used to harmless but delusional people. So their response to this living snowman totally tracks. My town has a woman that walks up and down the streets all day pushing a stroller full of clothes. She’s always wearing two different shoes and she changes her clothes several times a day. No one blinks an eye.
