Hey boys🌞💜🫶🏾🙌🏾👋🏾

Elizabeth

Welcome back Poodle!

Elizabeth

“Poodle’s jet lagged” that explains why poodle replied to my Instagram DM at 7am Los Angeles time this morning 🤣 I was surprised

Elizabeth

I don’t know why Poodle is bashful about his colon all of a sudden…

Elizabeth

You’re thinking of a croque madame, Poodz

Brittany McLellan

Poods Do you think it’s safe for a single gal to travel there? What tour company did you use?

Jude

All my first sexual experiences were with Portuguese guys. My cousins moved there for a few years when we were all teenagers,& I visited often from Scotland. Ahhh memories

Matthew Horner

TLR Season 1 had 12 episodes, so I can’t imagine they’d go less than that, and maybe more! Wasn’t the S1 retreat only two weeks?

Julie K

I don’t understand skipping the lore and the stories and going straight to recap. But then I’m the twisted sissy who subscribes at the highest tier and currently watches NONE of the show you cover

Portugal is extremely safe! I would venture that it’s probably one of the safest in Europe. I actually used an Internet travel agency called Kimkim— I literally filled out some questions about what I wanted to see, and someone contacted me and they gave me some sample itineraries and what kind of hotels I wanted to stay in. It was very easy, and they were very helpful the entire time!

Brittanny Tucker

Anytime i travel in Asia i get asked to be in a bunch of peoples pictures 😂 they dont see a lot of black people i guess lol im with you poodle!

AnitaBonghit 69

Speaking of episodes you missed, BGL would have interpreted the Ghanaian Way as being very American adjacent

Kathleen Rawson

Wow. I noticed Jasmine looked fuller in the second show and the thought of pregnancy did ping in my mind, but I just chalked it up to Gino being too lazy to drive her to the gym. Her body is beautiful, either way, btw.

Jillian Symes

Had my first colonoscopy a couple weeks ago. Not as bad as I thought it would be. Dr sent me pics but I’ll save you the detail…🍑

Suze

I so agree with Matt regarding Natalie 💯

Emily K2

I agree with Poodle. Large tour groups are not as fun. You get herded like cattle, from one site to another. The other tourists are rude, too

Rizzy Ramone

Am I the only one starting to think the surprise twist of this season is that it ends with all the men running off and living as a polycule?

Not my govt name

There was a reason they made them choose thrower or rower before explaining the challenge! Even though they didn’t explicitly say you couldn’t switch it was clear you were supposed to go with your assigned role. However, I do think that Josh and Natalie didn’t intend to cheat and had they asked and been told they couldn’t switch they would not have

Sarah Smith

I have had a colonoscopy. The prep is hell but the actual procedure is nothing; I don’t remember anything. But the prep…it was the sickest I’ve ever felt in my life. I was only able to down half of the liquid stuff & I threw up half of that (but they told me it was fine - they tell you to drink more than necessary for this very reason I believe).

Holly Schwarzmann

Poodle, you managed to learn more Portuguese in a week than the Merrifields did in years! 😂

Jamie Katherine

Poodle, how you do anything is how you do everything. So whether these couples are paddling a kayak to win a competition or working together to pay off debt, the dynamic will be the same. The activity was meant to highlight that dynamic. I didn’t see it at all like an episode of the Challenge from the way they filmed it. It showed all of them in the heat of the moment, when winning is on the line— how do they treat their partner and what is the power/control dynamic that arises. I know you said it’s clear to us on the outside but so are ALL issues that anyone goes to therapy for. Other people are going to see the issue clearer than we will. It isn’t about the therapists clarifying what they were supposed to get out of it. That is for each individual to process. I’m a therapist and think this was perfect for them to explore. The exercise will sit with them long after the filming is done. Very interesting that this was the only time we didn’t see Jasmine/Gino fighting. Rob & Sophie’s outcome was predictable because Sophie’s overly critical and Rob is such a bitch and will always be the victim. Josh cheating or “getting around the rules” to win was also predictable. (I agree with Mattie that it was cheating lol)

Ally

Absolutely! There was a reason to have them choose first. It would have been hilarious to watch Natalie being the rower. So sad we missed it.

Amanda Kayes

Welcome back Poodle!! 🫶Mattie, thanks for the fun episodes with Kim & Kyle! KGQ! 🫅 🤴

Emilie

Ok, so with my colonoscopy… I woke up loopy from the sedative and spent about 10 minutes making jokes about my experiences with anal sex. Be warned!!!!

Dana Tabala

Omg too bad u guys aren’t going TOGETHER! U could hold hands like Mary and Brittani! 😆

I keep hearing other pod shows, which do not come close to our boys, knock the therapist. I think he’s great for these wacko couples. Also, while imitation can be flattering, they are outright using Poodles expressions. Frustrates me. I say all that to say I like the work the therapists are doing and really enjoy this show and I agree with you. < end ramble> 😔😔

Giavanna Marie

Poods...try switching spots in a kayak. It was scheating.

Sandy Zickur

The challenge was poorly designed. They should have given them an on land pre-challenge like a puzzle or something else that they would have to finish as a couple before getting in the canoes. This would naturally stagger them in the water allowing us and the therapists to see their dynamic better.

Dana Tabala

I have a husband and I go on vacation with my bff way more than I do with him! 😜

Michele Marsh

I just had my colonoscopy last month for my 45th birthday… tips: stay near the bathroom once you start the prep- the anal sphincter muscle does not exist during the colonoscopy prep! Stay hydrated or you will feel like total shit the next day. You will walk away after the procedure with absolutely no recollection and there will be no signs that you were violated with an anal probe which is a blessing but ALTSO completely terrifying…

Lizzy

“Is that just how straight men act when they get together” 9 times out of 10 YES IT IS there is nothing more cringe and annoying then a bunch of “bros” drinking together

Lizzy

I think changing your roles after the point of formal declaration is cheating. like when they all announced their roles to the group, they should have to stick to them. In BTS they showed a clip of Josh whispering to Natalie initially saying he would row, and he was like “yeah see I said I would row first” THATS NOT WHAT YOU DECLARED THOUGH so in my eyes they’re Scheeting.

Hollan Read

When I was about 9 we went to Buchart Gardens in Victoria BC and a Japanese couple took a picture with me - and then gave me a Japanese coin. Somewhere in Asia there is a photo of me in someone’s family album of their trip to Canada. 😂

Lizzy
>>160699033

But pit-maneuvering other’s people’s boats is not scheeting, that’s just a form of gameplay

Danielle G

Is there any news on what season is next? Normally they have a trailer out by now but I might have missed it

Dana Tabala

Brandon said his drunken alter ego is Joseph and that’s bc it’s his middle name lmao. Why not Joey? Joe? Jose? Lol

Kathryn Telford

It’s SO cheating! The changed after the rules were explained

Sandra A.
>>160696640

earlier today i heard, in the office, two perfectly (seemingly) sober men greet each other: ‘hey dawg!’ ‘whats up, dawg!’ they weren’t being funny, they honestly just greeted each other this way, so i can only imagine if they were in a bar and drinking. 😂

Emily Kandel Miller

Sooooooo excited you’re getting colonoscopies and helping people not feel scared and grossed out about it! I hope they find nothing but beautiful smooth colons! Love, your favorite colon cancer survivor sissy who has been bugging you to get them

Caroline Dickie

Poodle is the ultimate custard tart after that trip to Portugal

Caroline Dickie

You shouldn’t need a video of your colonoscopy because they’ll put pictures of their findings right in mychart. I found that out the hard way scrolling through the after visit summary. They need spoiler tags for that shit.

Val McCue

Thinking of you Mattie and Poodz and hope y’all stay safe in LA 💔

Meghan McMahon

I hope you guys are safe in LA!!!!!!

Danielle G

I know LA is huge but thinking about you both and your friends. I hope you all are staying safe. Love you boys!

Shannon

IMO, they cheated! 😀

Mary

Josh and Nutalie totally sheated. Altso, I'm going on my first solo trip in August to Las Vegas to see my next ex-husband in concert - Lenny Kravitz.

Bumbuu

I feel like none of the guys actually want therapy this season and Josh secretly wants to top all the other guys in in between the sheets. Feels like I'm watching something taboo and kind of enjoying it.

Bumbuu

Also I don't think they sheated, was it nice no but it wasn't sheating,

Colleen 🗑

M: only baba yaga knows. 🤣🤣🤣

Abigail

I just had ANOTHER colonoscopy (2nd in 2 years, 8th before I’m even 40!) and they’ll give you photographs taken throughout the procedure! Hahaha
