I really love the message towards the end about how rude it is to try to tell another person how to feel. I thought about it and I think this happens to me a lot with some of my family members. "Don't be nervous" comes to mind. It's not helpful and makes it worse!! I like that "it's not your concern" reply. I'm going to start paying attention to this more. I think i even do it to myself now that i think about it....
