So I have been practicing family law for 28 years and from my perspective the prenup lawyer used the translation issue as an excuse because she doesn’t want to deal with these knuckleheads who are trying to finalize a prenup at the 11th hour. Not to mention that they already “drafted” the prenup themselves and now they want the lawyer to sign off on a legal document that she did not prepare. That’s not how this works, that’s not how any of this works.
