Here for the public radio love!!!!!! To clarify, as an on-air host for Austin's NPR Music affiliate KUTX, there is a distinction between public radio stations that are completely stand-alone and official NPR-music affiliates. KCRW is the LA NPR-music affiliate. Getting into the distinction is a lot of inside baseball that, as y'all say, "WHO GIVES A SHIT," but the official affiliates do a lot of contributing to NPR Music's written content and collaborating with other affiliates.
