I adore the men and all they do. One of the main reasons why I listen to the podcast is because they have a great perspective and way of understanding people. I love the analysis. Matt dropped a real gem @ the 34:13 minute mark. It applies to Darcey’s relationship history but I think it’s something we all can apply to our lives. KGQs!

I think it was Kanye's mom Donda who died from cosmetic surgery. Also I recently saw a Refinery29 video where they said a huge number of people die from Brazilian butt lift because they inject fat under muscle and it can get to your heart and kill you. Sorry for multiple comments!

I’m sure no one cares but Cleopatra was most definitely in Turkey. When Mark Antony ruled after Julius Caesar was assassinated, he called Cleopatra to Ephesus. (Tarsus) seeking political support. He dicked her down big time and then ended up married (even though it made them both polygamists) and had kids. This was around 30-32 BCE.

YES! If mum said it, that’s sound medical advice! Do you guys think dad, mum or both were critical or “hard” on the twins? I realize self-esteem forms everywhere. I would love to know how their parents were when they came home from school and talked about the bullies!! PS That doc did an amazing job on their lips! The injections never looked even, not sure what he did! PSS-errrr when did Turkey become the safe place for surgery and errrr going to embassies for marriage licenses or info?!

Oh just heard more….so I am very, very, very, very, very confused with their surgery timing and pain level. I’ve always been told I have a high pain threshold “knock on wood” my nose job hurt more than my appendix bursting and a few other surgeries. I had it 1994, and granted, the doc said it was the most bone he took off all year, and had to cut that middle area to fix my tip, which he said he can usually do through nostrils……..2021, still can’t pull a shirt straight over my nose getting dressed. To be fair, I’m half Saudi, then my mum was blond, blue eyed, so no blame, my nose had the bump on top and the tip dipped like a falcon. Darcey and Stacey’s noses looked good to me before so not sure what they did, oh yes, sorry, THE POINT, at two, three weeks I still had black eyes, bandages on. There’s one that goes under the nostrils that ( hold your stomach) catches blood for a week or so and you constantly have to change it. I’ve never seen any tape around anybody’s eyes after just a nose job! I also had breasts lifted, implanted and nipples reduced. I had drainage tubes for awhile. The breast surgery wasn’t bad at all and this doctor worked magic on me, he had a lot to do! Still, to get all that and more at one time!!!????? So back to very, very, very confused! Granted, I had surgeries so long ago, maybe they’re giving better pain meds now!!! Anyone else shocked they weren’t moaning in pain when they were “woken up from surgery”? I don’t even think they’re faces were black and blue then, but can’t remember, I think I was too shocked that neither were screaming in pain when they woke up!

I think it was her too, and I wonder if they didn’t want to say “no” because it was Kanye’s mum. I don’t think they ever gave a definitive answer, but “complications”? Was her heart strong enough for surgery, did they miss something in the pre-surgery physical?

Yes, all of these shows are all about storylines now! Florian and probably even Jesse will be back! I used to love TLC and Love after Lock-up as junk food TV, but they are so obviously overproduced, the shows are cringe weary for the wrong reasons! Thank goodness for the podcasts! They are the only fun part of the shows now!

Yes, they did seem to wake up pain free. Not even a twinge of pain as they tried moving around. Perhaps they didn't film when they said they did? Gave the girls a week to get through the worst of it and stage the "wake up"? And they seemed to have less bandages than I would have expected. But this is only speculation.
