Ethan has the "I'm fuckin w no strings attached" face in his in the moments. And Olivia can still bitch at him over nothing bc she has the power of sex over him. 🙄🙄🙄

I’m years behind! But my mom was known to read my journals in high school and it infuriated me. One day I lashed out at her about something and accused her of reading something I’d recently written. She rolled her eyes and said: “Oh I don’t read your stuff anymore. It’s way too depressing.” 😂 🤣🤣 I died.

yes poodle, the way the plaths shamed poor lydia, was heartbreaking. her self-flagellation was painful to witness. FREE Lydia Plath!!

Papa Plath makes my lady bits fold in itself. 🤮🤮🤮

When I tell you I CRIED LAUGHING when LP was singing to Jesus…. I was so excited to hear y’all discuss that I forgot the homies were in my home state of Maine! 🦞 UPDATE: I finished the podcast and damn misread the room on the Lydia singing scene…I’m officially a trash person. Tell me you have never had religious trauma without telling me you never had religious trauma 😬

I forgot my parents anniversary last year and my mom gave me the silent treatment for a good week or more. I remember being so confused until I found out she was “hurt” I didn’t acknowledge their anniversary (not a milestone year btw). Best believe when their anniversary came around this year I made sure to give them a card and a small gift. 🤦🏼‍♀️ it just ain’t worth the guilt trip sometimes.

What a great way to start my friday morning. Talking about the one thing I'm most terrified... of snakes. The anxiety is on 1000000. Thanks! Lol

Poor Lydia. Can only imagine how triggering that was for so many people.

I wrote really bad angsty teen poetry. When I was spending the night out, my older sisters would go get my poems and read them out loud with my mom.

I'm from the PNW and we always do oysters on Christmas Eve. They are very good they time of year, thats why we eat them!

Am I the only one who thinks that Olivia’s “work” trips are staged by production? Is “destination wedding photographer” an actual thing? Forgive me if I’m mistaken. I imagine that anyone paying $$$ for a wedding/engagement shoot would prefer to hire someone who is either local to the area or has at least shot in the area before. Acadia is in the middle of nowhere, but it’s only four hours north of boston, two north of Portland. I’m sure there are TONS of equally talented photographers from this area who have taken photos before so why would someone hire Olivia from a landlocked part of Georgia!? Not to shade her, it just makes no damn sense to me. This just seems like production trying to isolate the 4 “adult” kids for screen time.

I live in Maine! On the coast. We have oysters!

Thank You for calling out the religious abuse. I had to do breathing exercises during Lydia's scenes.

100% they should have stayed and helped Ethan set up the tarps. He did manage to get them up without using the trees, but that method moves faster with help. Camping in the rain is miserable. I also question the way they set up their tents - the openings seemed to be facing each other with barely any space between them.
