Thank goodness a Kardashian wasn't found at Adele's. ❤

Poodle - you need to get with Ben who was equally outraged by linner 🤣

Native Hawaiian here 🙋🏻‍♀️ they were eating laulau - it’s more like a tamale/pastele than a taco. It’s a wrap. The word Mattie was looking for is “haole”. It means “no breath” ha - breath ole - no. They would not “trade breath” (kiss on the cheek) with foreigners. Also, I dont want to diminish Heathers experience, and I don’t doubt it happens, but I want everyone to know you don’t get the shit beat out of you for being white there - there are more white people there than colored people or native people, and they are mostly military. That could be the reason she was bullied - again, I don’t know and I wasn’t there, I just don’t want people to think that our people walk around knocking out white people. Finally, being “Hawaiian” does not equate to “being from hawaii”. We are our own people with our own culture. We were our own kingdom before it was stolen from us, and many of my Kupuna are still fighting to keep our sacred lands safe and respected. When we say things like heather did, saying she is Hawaiian when she is not of the bloodline, it’s hurtful to the struggles of the native people. I love that she fees so ingrained in the culture, and that she understands the beauty of traditions, like the luau. It’s doesn’t make her Hawaiian. Aloha queens!

I think eddy is the man I’m most attracted to on Bravo…Like as far as real life goes. we love a short king. 🥰 Craig would turn me into butter, I’d lose all my game for sure. Also side note, thanks to poodle for my new mantra “I can’t be in a place where someone gives me alcohol” lol

The song Key Largo never fails to make me laugh.

I’m about 2 1/2 episodes into Tiger King and it is NOT worth it! It’s a completely different vibe filled with conspiracy theories and random interviews. Save yourselves!!! I can’t get that time back! (But of course I’ll listen if you cover it!) 🥰

DJ Nightshade

Agreed about Tiger King. Regardless of what some Sissies say on the FB group, I am certain that Poodle, especially, will be irked by it. Has no story, introduces all kinds of random new characters with no through-line and then you’re left with an non-compelling cliff hanger. Even if you’re entertained by watching it, I assure you’ll hate recapping it. 😪

If I was single I genuinely think I'd be that sad person sending him a DM 😅😅😅

Uh... I had no idea Taylor swift dated Jake G. But then again, I don't follow pop music. It's just not my jam. I also know very little about Beyonce. I'm more of an rock/ alternative music girl. I learn so much from this podcast!

Thank you for the acknowledgement of things..1) Hating "linner" (I also hate brunch as a word and as a concept- but that is my problem) 2)knowing that Breakfast is morning meal, dinner is the noon-time meal, supper is the evening time meal and lunch happens a couple hours after supper an hour or so before bedtime. I am from Wisconsin, my grandparents lived in a tiny township and this is how mealtime happened when we visited. my dad had the hardest time re-training himself when he moved to the "big city" (Eau Claire-lol) to marry my mom. Lunch was always my favorite! Cheese, crackers, home smoked fish from the black river (literally in the back yard), fresh milk from Uncle Ole's farm...summer sausages, leftovers from previous meals, lefsa with butter and sugar and a million kinds of Norwegian cookies.

Ms-Metal

Husband is from small town in Minnesota & same about dinner & supper. I've lived in cities all my life & I never got used to it.

I thought it was Quotent Quotables, like a play on the Potent Potables category on Jeopardy!
