As someone with Celiac who legit can't have any gluten touch my plate, Mrs. Limited Dairy enrages me! She's the reason servers roll their eyes when I start ordering. She wasn't allergic - pull the cheese off and move on with your day. I'm a million times nicer and eating any gluten can cause my body to start attacking itself. Ugh, still triggered by that woman!!!
