Yara’s friends are those women that move to NOLA thinking they want culture, “big city” life, and possible parts in a movie. They move there then realize they can’t afford uptown prices of living so they move to the Northshore. Basic is an understatement. Bilal is doing exactly that, taking her last years of fertility. He planned this and is playing a game. He took everything the doctor said and turned it into, “so you’re saying we shouldn’t be trying YET?” I agree, Poods, I think he has had a vasectomy. He thinks he won’t get caught, I bet his ex knows this and that is what she is holding over his head. She is keeping the secret as a trade for being on the show or something we don’t know.

Standing desks are a sham. When used properly, you're supposed to use it ~15 min an hour but you typically are compensating some type of way when standing by leaning on one part of your body ie crossing your ankles, leaning to one side etc. To keep this 90 day related... please RSVP me to the party for Bilal!

Two things that spoke to me during this podcast were 1. Back pain and 2. “Geriatric” pregnancy, because that’s what my doctor called it when I had a child at 42. Plus scaring me to death that my child was going to die if I went past 40 weeks so I had to be induced at 39.5 weeks.

as a worker who required over 10hours a day in front of a computer I attest to standing up worked for my lower back. I don't suffer from chronic back pain no more. I sit down intermittently for 30mins but majority I stand up. worked wonders especially when you're conscious not to lock your knees and wear a good pair of recovery house shoes

With Bilal and Sheila, I think they just rolled into filming HEA and I bet they still haven’t been to the tell all yet for 90 day season. I wonder if we will see him flip his Attitude once they film that. If he does I think it is because he will want to regain the narrative and not be the bad guy.

That made me SO mad! It immediately made me not trust anything the doctor had to say. I think he was full of 💩. He made such a big deal of her cycle being 21 days instead of 28 but we all know that cycles can vary widely - that’s why one of the first things you’re told to do when trying to conceive is to track your cycle so you can determine when you ovulate. And I’m surprised he’d tell a 38 year old woman that her only option was to start trying to conceive first. And then to not say anything in response to Bilal about waiting 2 years! The quality of her eggs will likely continue to deteriorate and we don’t even know what her starting point is like since he wouldn’t do any testing! He should have at least recommended freezing embryos!! WTF!! And Bilal is incredibly selfish for leading her on when he knows she wants children. If he doesn’t want kids, he should let her go or let her come to terms with not having kids. Ok, rant over.

That quack cannot be a fertility specialist. Probably a podiatrist that Bilal scraped up. The FIRST thing you do when a male/female couple goes to a real gynecologist is a sperm test. No sense in counting eggs until you know you’ve got viable swimmers
