Matties volume was much lower than poodles. It was hard to hear at times

Claire Pancerz

Poodle is so right - Andrew is a pompous ass. Also, for some reason, this season is reminding me of musical chairs - people desperate to find a “mate” before the music stops. SK and Raven??

Tess

I agree with Matt about Raven. I was turned off by her and to me she comes across self centered

amy

poodle, andrew posturing after his alain de botton's rap, remindied me of jack mcfarland teaching karen's nephew barry, how to conduct himself at a party. 'say sthg witty, appear bored, sip your drink and look away'

amy

oh poodle, a pizza party at school warms my heart. i referenced this special event to an ex who looked at me funny because he never knew the pleasure. how nostalgic.

Caroline Dickie

He is definitely a pompous ass but I still kinda wanted to see what would’ve happened with him on the show

Caroline Dickie

I had too much bad pizza at pizza parties to get that excited…but then he said ice cream party and I legitimately got excited

Caroline Dickie

You forgot the best awful song they played! My husband and I had the captions on and one set of lyrics went, “if love is just a motion, my emotions are fucked.” We LOST it!

Sophia Stalliviere

I think Raven is a sugarbaby.... Granted I only have seen up to this episode, I'm sure it will change.

Alison Batten

Andrew was INSUFFERABLE. The worst kind of douche. He is cultivating a personality. This man has no interest in wildlife/conservation but he’s “living in a tent with lions” to have a cool story to tell. The most cringeworthy moment was sitting there telling tales of His time in Africa to SK 🤦🏻‍♀️

Alison Batten

Yes, I totally agree and her mentioning all of the presents she has received from men in the past is not her asking guys if they’re OK with her keeping those presents. It’s her making sure she can still receive things in the future while she’s in a relationship. I guarantee you whoever she ends up with is going to deal with her receiving phone calls from exes trying to stay in her life

Sophia Stalliviere

Totally! She doesn't explain the whole thing just "high level" info, and if she needs something she calls them for some sort of help.

Claire Pancerz

I totally agree. Everything he does, he does with an ear to how it will sound in the retelling. SK is too wise to give Andrew the smack down he deserves.

I thought Poodle, of all people, was gonna come for her but he loves her! LOL - she’s that person you see in the airport doing squats and Bulgarian lunges on the ganged seating 🙄

Val McCue

That was my impression, too! Some sort of trade off to keep them coming, like she can’t nip at the bud from previous relationships.

Raie

I was wondering how she makes a living cuz her Pilates class didn't look that good lol

Raie

Chiming in, as someone who also had grieving teen years (mom on drugs and sick age 10, then mom passed from cancer at 14), I first gravitated towards a partner who was v nurturing and stable (together 11 years) but after that ended I was w a guy 7 years younger (28 to my 34) and it was the most life changing and FUN relationship I've ever had. you're spot on w your assessment of them. Even down to saying she makes you like him more - ppl said that about my ex being w me lol. Also two years out from breaking up we're still sleeping together😬.

I liked raven episode one also; but she quickly got on my nerves in this episode. I didn’t like the way she was playing guessing games all the time. I actually didn’t think Bartise’s house answer was bad. She made it seem big, so either say it or don’t. Like Poodle, I also thought at first her doing jumping jacks was to relieve stress/anxiety, which is fine, but she clearly wasn’t paying attention because she didn’t acknowledge what he said and he could tell. I get the feeling that she’s someone who has received a lot of attention for her looks (similar to Colleen with her dancing) and has t tapped into who she is beyond that.

Lisa F

Regarding SK and Raven…I think they’ve had many conversations. I think they all date all 15 of the others and start narrowing their interests down; but I think their conversation clearly shifted once Bartise said in essence that it was a no for him.

Lisa F

Colleen showed the most growth this episode. She had started off being the most shallow of the women and framing herself as a ballet dancer; but once she got dismissed by two of the guys, it looked like she started getting it that you have to go deeper; and Matt was great at brining that out in her.

Pizza parties were always dangled over my head in elementary school, so it's the first thing to get me to not take something serious. Most of the time it never happened when the goal was met, and the rest of the time I'd have to watch them eat at a table on stage in the cafetorium while I'm eating school lunch with the plebs

Kelly Savoie Samora

Me, too! Once she started doing jumping jacks and working out when B(can’t remember his name!) was spilling his heart out about his parents I lost all positive thoughts about her. She is clueless about how relationships work. She does not need to be on this show. She isn’t ready for a relationship.

losing it over the pond 5 jokes, i used to work in advertising and had to sort through so much "🗣️ POND 5"

Marcy Rodenborn

So…I think Raven is a player on this game. My guess is she’s in it to create an OnlyFans (and no judgement - get your money girl), but the whole working out while other people are talking seems all advertising.

SK IS SO HOT to me and I love him. He may be my favorite so I really hope it's not an act!!!

Amy Diehl

I agree with you guys about Barista too (that's what we call him in my house) there is no substance there and he seems like he needs to sell himself
