I totally get the reaction to Colt. For me, seeing my husband interact with his mother, I totally get it. Is he necessarily approaching it in the right way, maybe not. But just bc Debbie is hurt by what he's saying does not necessarily make it any less true or needed to be brought up.

I can’t get over how normal it seemed for Colt and Debbie that they had a blow up on national television where terrible accusations were thrown around. They just hug after… like it’s just any other day… Deb’s bf had a normal response of disgust and that’s honestly what will cause problems with him and Deb in the end.

Jamal is so damn FINE!! everyone need to leave Veronica alone and let her get that D!!! Natalie was BONKERS as always and I loved it. Colt & Debbie I understood his anger .. she is a horrible person and so emotionally abusive to him. He should have been more respectful but I get it. TONY was actually getting on my nerves! He kept saying he didn't care to talk to Colt and acted like Debbie shouldn't either. If she cares about him he should too

I think Tania and Syngin were adequate as a couple --- until she broke her ankle. Then she needed help. I'm sure she struggles with asking for help, and I'm sure the caretaking responsibility "cramped his style" for the better part of half a year. They both have such a history of letting the world know how NOT special and NOT important the other is by things they let slip on the show. Wasn't he concerned about money while she was off at witchery school? Or was he just fine drinking Momma Skeksis maekers mark behind her back... Moreso the whole Veronica/Jamal thing - is it an unexpected result that a show that got started on k1 visas means that everyone has to have the same sort of instant love that's always headed to marriage? A lot of people on that stage got Veronicas situation mixed up with love abroad - which makes me laugh because everyone stole the show so much no one cared about Cesar's imported love triangle story 😅 Also jamal announced a podcast today...so there's that.

I didn’t take any offense to Tim’s comments. I don’t think he was saying she lowered herself. He was saying she’s lowering her standards and letting go of her boundaries. Nothing wrong with casual if it’s what you want. Veronica doesn’t tho. So, yeah, she’s devaluing herself by putting her wishes aside so Jamal can have what he wants.

When they film Syngin talking - they always cut to a camera with Tania’s expression to what he is saying while he’s talking - and it’s always reads to me like it’s a look of extreme horror, shock, and like she is trying to hide devastation. I’m always expecting her to verbally react accordingly, but she doesn’t (maybe it’s because she doesn’t blink?) Is it just me who thinks this?

I totally see what Tim was saying. The entire purpose of the show in Veronica’s words was to find a soul mate & settle down. Now he sees someone he’s very fond of all smitten over a F boy. She’s going to get hurt that’s what he sees that’s what he’s saying.

Did anyone else notice that everyone was jumping on Colt for being a big meanie to a helpless old lady, and then as soon as he mentioned her not allowing him to drive, her homeschooling him, her preventing him from grabbing opportunities to grow like with that internship, all the other cast members suddenly made a 180 (or 360) and were like 'yeah okay so what she did was bad, really bad, but it was in the past!' Even Natalie said it seemed like Debbie was purposely isolating him! Even Natalie noticed! Yeah. Debbie was and is a really bad parent. She's the one who made Colt. Also Colt saying to Tony pretty much the exact same thing that Nancy's brothers said to Bartise when asking him what he liked about her. So amazing.

She’s definitely contradicting herself. I like her too, she’s the smartest and most normal of the bunch, but she did contradict herself.

It's not pretty bcuz society wants all women to be mothers and matronly however it is not okay to put your emotional needs on your children bcuz we end up living your life instead of ours ... I can relate and hesy right it's not pretty but true ... Trauma dumping is real
