Putting your legs up like they were doing is a yoga pose called “legs up the wall” and it’s a good low back release and helps with circulation in the legs. I used to do it all the time to aid in recovery when I was running for my legs. I could never do it without actually using a wall tho so kudos to them for being able to freestyle it like that.
