Was hoping for the Nestea Ice Tea Plunge song ending on a high note 😆

Community pool + Nestea plunge = life worth living 1982!

OMG My cousin and I were obsessed with Nestea Plunge too! We took the Nestea Plunge in pools, trampolines, beds - and we sang the jingle every time.

Nicole needs to look into her brother in law Mohammed, okaaay, side snack! Also I wasn't hating on her "Madeleine Going to Egypt" uniform.

A lot going on with Nicole. It’s almost like a part of her wants to be controlled; but her eyes in the airport gave away how she really felt. She looked terrified. It’s like a passive victim state as if she wants to be rescued, but then doesn’t, such as telling her parents almost like a plea that she didn’t want to live in Egypt while driving to airport after putting her entire apartment in storage. Sigh…this may be hard to watch.

My 85 year old grandma calls them pedal pushers 😆

Ok, so is it just me, or are they intentionally editing Nicole's dad to be vaguely problematic for no reason? Like they frame him to say, "I can't go to Egypt because I hate Muslims", but in reality it's like, "I have medical issues and no passport."

Damn right I screamed at Desert Hearts!! I was a baby dyke in college and it was pretty groundbreaking 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

I think when it comes to Mahmoud and Nicole there’s more going on than just religion and there are perhaps issues of social class. I’m not Egyptian (am turkish) and I know Egypt is certainly conservative but I have a lot of female Egyptian friends from Cairo who don’t wear hijab, who have male-female friendships, who can wear a shirt without a jacket over it, etc. Cairo is a huge multicultural city. I’m guessing he is a working class/middle class guy who comes from a particularly conservative family/neighborhood.

That Aquaman bit almost made me throw my back out at the gym! 🤣

“Dammit Paul! Where’s my iced tea?!?” Love a good iced tea and would’ve loved to swim in it. 😂

Poods slow your roll. My parents had a love marriage. It does not work how you think AT ALL. In my parents case they met at school. ALL of the grandparents still have to approve a love marriage and it has to be someone whose family they know. Often love marriages are set ups.

Talk about your PREP all you want, Matty, we’re proud for you!

That def tracks… something really seems to be going on with her at a deeper level… she can be super annoying, but I’m worried for her mental well-being.

Haven’t watched it yet. But I love him! He truly seems like such a good person, which is rare for reality tv.

Poor Jen looks dead in the eyes.
